About MAS

MAS means Management Advisory Services. Our name signifies provision of technical advice and services to clients. For two decades our principals have created functional system designs and procurement specifications for two-way radio systems; supervised government procurements and analyses of vendor proposals; and performed installation, repair and scheduled maintenance services to system operators and broadcasters.

Our experience includes helping states; counties and municipalities achieve greater interoperability among disparate law enforcement, fire, and EMS communications radio systems. We have provided designs for updating as well as wholesale replacement of legacy communications systems. We have tuned AM broadcast arrays and performed technical adjustments and optimization of radio studios and transmitters. We are thoroughly familiar with the applicable FCC Rules pertaining to our communications and broadcast practices.
MAS is an independent technical advisory resource. We have NO business relationship with any equipment vendor nor do we re-sell any products or services in conjunction with our system designs and recommendations.

MAS provides services under contract for formal engagements in response to competitive requests for proposal (RFP) or informal agreement for the professional services of individual principals as appropriate. We are available for spot repair and equipment maintenance services when your own personnel are unavailable.
